The hosts were unfriendly

On arrival at this place the host were not friendly and there told us that the place was full, after telling them that we had a reservation for this place there agreed to let us in. At dinner we realised that we were the only guests, the menu had a lot of dishes that there were unable to prepare why??? The rooms were clean and the lodge was well maintained, the service was a let-down.

We decided to camp here, the site was clean and spacious, the pool was a bit dirty. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming; the pitches each had a braai area and a fire pit. The ablution block was neat and clean.
