Terrible service

I recently stayed at the Sesriem Camp from the 20th to the 22nd of June 2015. I would like to formally lay a complaint against staff at the kiosk there. She insulted myself and the group we were travelling with by implying we were stupid for enquiring about the rules of the camp and was rude when we wanted to see what the Engen shop stocked when we thought the water was too expensive.

Service like that is unacceptable and I will never tolerate being treated so rudely, especially when I am a paying customer at an institution.
