Delightful desert stay
|
What an awesome stay this was. Lovely, high thatched-roof
rooms with simple yet excellent and applicable decor in the desert.
We booked dinner, bed and breakfast. Each was a delight. Suppers
consisted of 2 game meats elegantly prepared every night. The meals
were all 3 course meals. When we acquired if they could pack our
meals in the form of a picknick breakfast, because we went to Sossusvlei
for the day, we were woken to rusks and lovely brewed coffee and
each having a individual breakfast pack ready for our day. Nothing
was to much for the staff. Friendly, clean and neat. Tranqual, central
and scenic. You will definitely enjoy this friendly homely, yet
classy atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious
and inviting |
I visited Namibia recently, travelling from one
attraction to another, I was fortunate enough to stay at this lodge
for one night. The rooms are spacious, inviting, clean and basic,
this place has rooms and campsite, and the communal restrooms are
clean and spacious. The food and service were excellent. |

Highly recommended for
animal lovers |
Near the town is the fantastic Solitaire Guest Farm.
Extremely friendly and cheerful staff and hosts, nice spacious rooms
and beautiful surroundings, lots of animals. Superb to be here walking
excursions in the area and the cheetah care visit. Highly recommended,
especially for families with children and animal lovers. |
