Reviews of Hansa Hotel in Swakopmund Namibia

We stayed at the Hansa Hotel because we felt very comfortable here. The hotel is very traditional and is very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The luxury suite was very disappointing we found out upon arrival that it could only be reached via a grand staircase for health reasons we were able to obtain a room in the courtyard. On booking we were not told that there was no elevator. The free internet was good, and the newspapers provided.

This hotel is stunning the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was well presented and scrumptious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the shopping centre and restaurant. The General Manager is always around and oversees everything so service is efficient, but unfortunately he completely lacks of charisma.
