Reviews of Hilltop House in Windhoek Namibia

This place is an oasis. Nice rooms with great views of the valley and welcoming and helpful owner and staff. Breakfast was very tasty. We returned to Hilltop House after exploring this lovely country which was a great way to finish our holiday.

Nice staff and located in the suburbs. The views are wonderful with great breakfast included. Don’t expect much of a scene though as this is more to relax than to experience the city.

We had a great first night at Hilltop House. The bedroom was comfortable with a nice bathroom and breakfast was devine. Lunches and light dinners can be prepared if needed. Staff are very nice.

Pleasantly aloof to the traffic of the city. Room one has to be the nicest room of them all with a private balcony where you can have your breakfast and room two is also super charming both with a colonial style with quite nice bathrooms. Room three is fine, but nothing special. We did not see the rest of the rooms. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff on duty do their best, but the owners do not seem to be fully involved, and the place suffers for this. The air conditioners are ineffective and noisy, so don't count on them.
