Ok for a nightstop |
Nice clean rooms with quite garden and pool area.
It is situated in an area with offices so I wouldn’t recommend
people venturing out at night without a vehicle. The Hotel doesn’t
have air conditioning so if you want to stay during summer you should
take that into account. |

Simple relaxation |
We stayed for 2 nights at Moni. The rooms are simple
but clean and convenient. The staff were nice and allowed us to
stay a while at the pool after checkout. It recommended to take
a cab at night, but during the day it's fine to walk. Shopping centre
and a Spar is nearby. |

Great for one night |
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Pension
Moni – before and after a trip to Sossusvlei and Sesriem.
There was no hot water for a shower in room 5 on our first night,
only very lukewarm water. The second night we stayed in room 3 and
there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was nice with
any food running out being replaced instantly. There is also great
bird life with lot’s of different species to see. |

Get what you pay for |
We stayed at Hotel Pension Moni at the beginning
and end of our trip and found it good value for money. The staff
are very helpful and the rooms simple but spacious. Breakfast was
nice, though not really geared toward a very early start. The breakfast
was supposed to be served from 7am and onward, but ended up starting
only 30 minutes later. The pool was also quite dirty so hopefully
something is about it. Overall this is a friendly get what you pay
for establishment. |
