As the second largest canyon in the world, Fish River Canyon is an iconic attraction that all tourists visiting Namibia should see. This gigantic ravine is located in the southern part of Namibia and stretches over 160 km long, up to 27 km wide, and at its deepest, 550 m deep. Eroded by the longest river in Namibia over millions of years, this spectacle can be viewed from a variety of viewpoints all the way to Ai-Ais, where the canyon ends at the hot springs resort.
