Die Dam offers accommodation in the tranquillity of nature on the skirt of a dam. Enjoy cold Namibian refreshments while viewing the sunset over the natural environment.
Die Dam Accommodation
Die Dam offers six self-catering chalets, with a double bed at the bottom floor and two single beds on the top deck. The chalets are fully equipped for four people including a stove and fridge and private braai overlooking the dam.
There are also two furnished tents with a coffee station, electricity points and private braai area. For the camping and caravan lovers there are campsites with electricity, water point and braai area.
The old jail on the premises (1911) was renovated into an exclusive a-la-carte restaurant.
Die Dam is situated at the Tilda Viljoen-dam, close to the Trans Kalahari bypass, Omaheke Region - Gobabis.
Die Dam provides the following:
