Located in the heart of Namibia, Kudubos Campsite allows you to feel, breathe, and see nature like never before. Groups of up to eight people can set up their camps at eight unique camping spots, which offer a “braai” as well as a campfire site and running water.

At Kudubos Campsite, you will find numerous bird, insect, and game species. It is a paradise for bird watchers. Kudubos is especially known for its scarce Damara dik-dik. Also, look out for kudu, oryx, warthog, steenbok, duiker, baboons, leopard, and many more in their natural habitat.

Climate
Namibia is known for its hot, dry climate. It is advisable to visit. Namibia during the winter months (May to August), which are a bit cooler. Temperatures can reach a maximum of 40°C in summer and 27°C in winter. Minimum temperatures are 25°C in summer and 14°C in winter. The desert can reach below freezing point at night (winter or summer). The rainy season is during summer (September to April). The average rainfall in the Otjiwarongo region is approximately 350mm per annum.
