The Namibian wilderness invites you to Serra Cafema Camp, one of southern Africa's most remote and memorable camps, located on the Kunene River in northwestern Kaokoland. Accessible only by a three-hour light aircraft trip from Windhoek.
This exclusive camp offers 16 beds under shady Albida trees. It shares the stunning landscape with the Himba people, Africa's last truly nomadic tribe. The region features rugged mountains, grassy valleys, sand, tough grasses, shrubs, and 'fairy circles'. The Kunene River, the area's only permanent water source, creates a lush oasis amidst the Namib Desert.
