There are 8 rooms at Sea Breeze Guesthouse that have either twin beds or a queen-size bed and accommodate 2 persons. Each of these rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Air-conditioning and heating is available and there is a wall-mounted safe. Some of the rooms have a private entrance while others share an entrance. Some rooms have a TV with DSTV hotel bouquet service.

One of the Family Rooms is furnished with 3 single beds to accommodate a maximum of 3 persons on a bed and breakfast basis. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tea/coffee making facilities.
Three of the units are furnished with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed, sofa bed or 2 single beds in the lounge area. There is a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. These rooms accommodate 3 or 4 persons respectively and there is a kitchenette available in each unit for self-catering purposes. Breakfast can be included if guests decide to not cook for themselves.
Three more units are available where interlinked rooms can be booked in combination by a family or group of 4 persons. Two of these have fully equipped kitchenettes for self-catering. Breakfast is available as an option for guests staying in the family rooms.

The luxurious honeymoon suite is furnished with a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower and free-standing bath.
