Reviews of Hotel Royal Amsterdam in Angeles City Philippines

I have stayed at the hotel five or six times and will certainly be returning when i am in the Angeles area gain. I looked at a couple of other decent hotels in the same areas but it doesn't compare to the kind and friendly feel of the Amsterdam. I happened to read a review were somebody bad mouthed the hotel and even posted pictures that were negative.That to me was uncalled for.It is not the Marriott but you pay around 50 dollars a night and you receive a warm and comfortable experience were you also feel safe and secure.Its directly on fields avenue where all the excitement is, I don't advise families to stay here it's a bit to busy. If you are looking to have a exiting and fun filled time then this is the place for you. All the rooms in the hotel have there own safe which is great to put you're mind at ease. If you plan on a trip to Angeles and this is you're first time id advise you to stay here.

The room I received smelled like cigars. When I complained they brought air freshener directly to the room and it solved the problem for the most part. The Construction that took place below made a lot of noise but didn't last very long. Shampoo was not costly, TV was great, View was amazing and the bed was enough to get a good nights rest. I felt secure in the hotel, the hotel is not sufficient for relaxation it's more of a place to find excitement.

The hotel is directly in the centre of all the excitement. There staff are by far the best in city and the service is superb. I am planning on staying here again in December, I hope they can accommodate me. They just opened the restaurant with room service which is excellent.

I booked into the hotel in August and two days of our stay we were without running water to take a shower. The water problem was resolved once we were moved to another room. This hotel doesn't accommodate non-smokers , there are no non-smoking rooms available. The nights are very loud and you struggle to sleep.

The Hotel Royal Amsterdam is situated in the centre of the Fields Avenue. There was noise due to construction being done during the day. The night was disturbed by ad least four videoke bars that were pounding loud music through the street. The rooms are big and comfy and all the thing you could possibly need are provided. There was one room I stayed in that had a shower that wasn't working properly due to bad pressure.
