Reviews of Hotel Stotsenberg in Angeles City Philippines

We thought this hotel was ideal because it was close to the airport. Sorry to say the hotel does not live up to its four star rating, it isn't even a two star hotel in my eyes. There was nobody at the front desk when we checked in we had to wait ad least ten minutes to be helped. The room is dank and tiny and a bit expensive, and it smells terrible and rotten. There wasn't even a bottle of water or newspaper included. The shower head made water spray all over the floor. The breakfast is disappointing and service is slow. We asked to extend the hours we had to eat breakfast and we even offered to pay, they said " Sorry no we can't help you " I am not staying here again. The service is terrible and not worth the trouble.

The beds are way to firm and the decor is ancient. The service is disappointing to say the least. We only stayed at the hotel out of convenience because it was close to airport but we had to call twice and wait an extra twenty minutes for them to pick us up.

The room was big but there were no windows and it was very dark and stuffy. The aircon is loud. The room I felt was overpriced and didn't consist of value for money. The breakfast was poor. I will not tell you to stay here more then one night, the service is a catastrophic.

The rooms are ancient. The bathroom walls were covered in marks and they don't provide bath sheets. There are no hand towels provided. The shower head in the bathroom is fixed on straight and not downward as it should be which made showering a mission. The breakfast was a real let down. If you want to stay here because of it's location near the airport id still recommend that you stay in Angeles, it takes up to fifteen minutes to the airport from Angeles and the taxis are very reasonable in price. One good critic is the staff were friendly and welcoming.

As Hotel Stotsenberg new comers we thought we should give the hotel a try because of its location. The Hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient for anyone who has a morning flight. The decor of the hotel looks polished and neat, coaches can be found in the seating area of the lobby. The staff are unfriendly and don't seem to be enjoying what they do and they are on the slow side. It took us approximately twenty minutes to check in.

The rooms are expectable but the beds are a bit to low for my liking, the air conditioning worked fairly well. The things I didn't like where the toilet, old bathtub and bathroom sink. The shower was faulty and leaking, there isn't even a trash can available. I hope the managing department is aware of their faults so they can fix them as soon as possible. There is a casino inside. The pool is fair in size. I would say the hotel is perfect for an overnight stay.

You Can find much better hotels such as Widus or Fontana Hotel. The staff at the front desk take time to assist you and they aren’t really that helpful. The hotels air-conditioning is awful. The Breakfast is reasonable. I have to say the over all view of the hotel isn't that good. You can do much better.
