Reviews of Marquis Hotel in Angeles City Philippines

On my stay here I saw that the hotel pool was well maintained, water was put off at times. The water pressure was a bit low but if you called reception it was dealt with within minutes. The staff here have been working here for a long time and they are very kind and caring. The food at the restaurant I felt was better then the first time I had stayed here. We were given loyalty cards for a discount on our rooms. The hotel is situated in a nice and peaceful location. I don't think id consider another hotel the price here is to good.

If you are looking for budget accommodation id say this is the place to be. The food is excellent . There is a twenty-four hour resto and bar. There are shuttle services to the fields with large tricycles. This is the place to stay if you are in Angeles. A must stay hotel.

This was my second stay and it just gets better the prices are great. I travelled from the Dau terminal by trike i was delighted by the atendant security and doorman who helped me with my bags. The welcomed me with such kindness and warmth, i felt like i was home.I had the privalage of using the front desk safety box, where all keys are maintained. The staff i met were all exited to help and they always had a smile on there faces. I will be staying here again.

We stayed at the hotel about a year ago around Christmas season and we were the only guests. The pool was disgusting and didn't seem to be cleaned, not even while we where then for more than a week. We paid an extra fee for the use of the pool and didn't even use it. The service was alright and the guards were kind. We enjoyed atmosphere for it's peace and quite.

The food was excellent up until I returned two weeks ago and ordered my usual . I was horrified I took one mouth full and I was disgusted, even the foods look had changed. The hotel was basically empty and you were met with a fake smile. The chef had been replaced and the food in my view had been completely ruined. Don't stay here .
