This room was the best I have ever stayed in, but the price was a bit much. It was nice to receive a safety deposit. There was a free shuttle to almost everywhere in the area and the people where all so nice. The airport transfer was very cheap. The only problem is they were slow in cleaning my room

We wanted to see the hot air balloon festival so we stayed at the Rumi, we weren't familiar with the are so it was a hole new experience for us. The room was basic and a bit strange with a mirror that faced the bed, and a red light. There is a glass like mirror in the bathroom so you can see into the shower. They do not provide shampoo or toothbrushes so you must bring you're own. I stayed tow nights and there was nobody cleaning the room.

The staff were the one thing I found inviting, they all smiled and greeted with real friendliness and kindness. This is why im giving this rating , if the staff weren’t so great I wouldn't of considered staying here. The hotel is very close to restaurants and the towns night clubs. The rooms is affordable. There is a slight noise issue in the hotel..

For 1000 pesos a night you can stay at this nice and clean hotel. The room was nice and standard and the hotel was in a great location. The reception desk is very good when it comes to helping with information. The only fault was they didn't pick us up at the airport as requested.

The deluxe room was large and could accommodate four people with no trouble at all. The hotel was in perfect condition. There was a problem with the air conditioner that was leaking, I was woken up during the night on numerous occasions from water dripping onto me. The shower curtain was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotels opening. They need to change the shower curtain because the current curtain is to thin and you can see through it. We had a enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was complimentary coffee, tea and toast every morning. There was WI-FI included. They had a van which services people to sm/airport. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed here a while back and the staff where exceptional. The hotel is close to the Fields Avenue. There are lots of pubs and bars to be found here. The hotels owner is very friendly and helpful.
