Reviews of Widus Resort Casino in Angeles City Philippines

I stayed here for over a month. They moved me around a number of times because they confused my booking with somebody else’s. You would think that somebody who stayed here over a month would give a hotel a higher rate, they gave my room to somebody else and when I requested to stay in my room I paid for I was told no.

They advertise free Wi-FI and internet, and I must say that this hotel has the worst internet access iv ever experienced. If you have business in the area and need access to the we b this hotel can not help you. I waited for four hours for them to fix the internet ,and then management told that the internet lines were down and being fixed. The internet was down for more than a week, its outrages. I was unfortunately in a situation where I couldn’t be moved to another hotel so I had to bare with it.

We enjoyed our stay, there were a few problems when booking in but other than that it was great. They have no records of guests staying even when you pay in advance. I had to send through a copy of my credit card, ID and my authorization letter to be able to book in. We were upgraded to a Family Suite for the inconvenience. I hope they fix the problems so that next time won't be such a hassle. The singer in there Prism Lounge were great and the food is very affordable .The air conditioning is a bit noisy. I hope they make a few changes, that would bring in more business.

The family and myself spent a nice and relaxing weekend at the Widus, my kids enjoyed the pool very much. The room was clean and the hotel staff were helpful and polite. The hotel rate was reasonable and we enjoyed

If only all the hotels around Philippines could be as amazing as the Widus. The rooms are famously Clean. The service is good. The food is very reasonably priced. The pool is awesome. The staff are very nice and when they make a mistake they always apologized and tried to rectify the situation. They put us in a room above the kitchen, our room and clothes always smelled like food. I complained and we were moved to another room. They gave us a gift certificate for messages for the inconvenience.My only problem was the bathroom toiletries provided, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were a hassle to open because the opening is too narrow. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to all the staff of Widus, you all made the stay a memorable one.

The enticing smell of the hotel is what draws you inside. The Junior suite is massive with a receiving area, dining table, microwave and a refrigerator. The hotel is very affordable. The Breakfast selection could be better. If you're a fan of spicy food early in the morning then I recommend the Widus.
