Cockroah Infested Rooms

I don't ever want to stay here again! the room is dirty and cockroach infested. The WI-FI doesn’t connect properly. There are no complimentaries such as towels, face clothes, shampoo or soap provided, everything is an additional cost. The staff are very unfriendly and service is terrible. Never again!

Budget Travellers Haven

If you're a budget traveller looking for good accommodation at a reasonable price, then the Prince Plaza Hotel is the place for you. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly. The hotel is located in a nice and safe area. The room has everything you could possibly need. What more could one need? so take my advise and stay at the Prince Plaza Hotel!

Highly Disappointed

The hotel is said to be a grand hotel, with luxury accommodation and friendly staff. That is a total misconception, the rooms are average, the carpets and dirty and smelly. The food is bad. The staff are unfriendly, and certainly not trained properly. I am highly disappointed with the hotel.
