Reviews of Palm Island Hotel and Dive Resort in Bohol Philippines

My wife and I booked one deluxe room, including a complimentary breakfast. When we arrived were told we would have to pay an additional charge for out three year old, as they consider that an adult. We asked to speak to the manager, when he finally came he spoke only to her and ignored us completely. She told us that their rules are set.

We finally decided to just pay the extra cost, when we went our room we were outraged. The room was filthy and the bed was dirty. The bathroom had no running water. The next morning we left before breakfast, we found a better resort close by. Don't stay here, it’s a total waste for money!

The room was a disaster. The bathroom had no running water. The room was dirty and the beds were smelly, and it looked like they just pulled the sheet straight instead of changing it. The TV didn't show anything, nothing but static.

The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing; there was an egg, toast, two slices of ham and a mango. We ate it because it was free, but it was very disappointing. Wouldn't think of eating here again. We stayed here one night, and after the breakfast we decided to call it quits.
