False Advertising

The only good thing this hotel has to offer is a beautiful beachfront. I stayed in a junior suit, the room was very average considering the price I expected allot more. The room walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you. The food was disgusting, everything was cold when it was served and it tasted strange. It was not worth the trip. I am very disappointed.

What this all comes down to is false advertising. They shouldn’t offer luxury and what people actually get is standard, when somebody pays that much they expect to be pampered. I am very upset with the manager for his inconsideration. I will never stay here again.
