Reviews of Ridgeview Chalets in Cagayan de Oro Philippines

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating during my stay. There is a pool close by that you can use. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a patio, WI-FI connection is excellent here. I will defiantly be staying here again in future.

The staff at the Ridgetown Chalets are so friendly! they made my stay so relaxing. The room I received was spotless to perfection. The security was excellent and I felt very secure, the guard was also very friendly. I can't wait to stay here again, hopefully with a few friends.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be such a huge disappointment, but I guess there are a few things we can't change. The beds were incredibly small. The bathroom was dirty and there were bugs infesting the walls. They don't provide toothpaste, the only thing they offered was shampoo and soap. The pool is an additional charge. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, a few scraps of toast and eggs and juice, what a joke! I

The only thing I will complement them on are there staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The area id very peaceful and relaxing. The airport drop offs are free, so that was quite nice.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the airport, so early flights are no hassle. The area is nice and peaceful. The rooms are clean and the staff are fantastic. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at an affordable price. Keep it up Ridgeview!

This was a disaster from start to finish. The nights were filled with people screaming and shouting outside our room. Sleep was minimum. The food was not good at all, it tasted undercooked and nasty. The breakfast was alright, but I don’t think it was worth it. The staff didn’t even help us with our luggage.
