Reviews of Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

The rates are really great, there was a buffet breakfast included in our accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable, and the sheets are always fresh and clean. The air conditioning works well and the bathrooms are always cleaned. I will be back.

This was a well though of stay, I’m so happy I chose to stay here. The hotel doesn't expect a deposit like most other hotels. Booking telephonically is easy. The staff are very kind and friendly. I look forward to my next trip to Cebu, I will be staying at the Holiday Plaza Hotel again.

The buffet breakfast was a best seller to me. The rooftop restaurant has lovely views and the people are so friendly. The hotel staff are very professional. The rooms are big and there is allot of space to move around in. I have stayed here a few times, and each time is better than the other. The staff are friendly and service is just perfect. The hotel is within walking distance to all the malls, restaurants, and taxi ranks. The prices are very good.

The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The bedding is always fresh and smells great. The hotel cuisine is exceptional. The staff are very caring and make sure all you’re needs are met. The rates are very reasonable and it is worth the price.

The air conditioning was turned off in my room. After politely asking why they said " You’re going to be moved to another room" and when I asked for the manager they tried to avoid my request. The staff are very unfriendly.
