Reviews of Holiday Spa Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

The staff are very slow and very unhelpful, there attitudes stink. I personally think they should employ better staff. There were cockroaches inside my room. The bedding is dirty and smells, in urgent need of a wash. The staff are the hotel gym are so rude and they don't seem to care if you are happy or not. The guests at the hotel are so inconsiderate, they shout during the evening right outside you’re room when you are trying to rest.

There is very limited light around and inside the hotel. The staff are nice. The rooms were clean and good enough to sleep in. There are taxis that run in front of the hotel. The jeepney rides are a bit further. We didn’t try the food. There is a nice hotel gym and pool. I would seriously need a good reason to return.

The food is great but the service is just slow. When we requested the bill they took forever, I had to get it myself. The breakfast selection is very limited. There are barely any dessert options. They seriously need to consider getting a few new staff members. The staff are what made my stay disappointing. This was a waste of my hard urned money and I won't stay here again unless they make a few changes.

I booked online and the reservations desk was fast and efficient. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable. There was a TV and air conditioning in the room. The pool was very nice to cool down in. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast buffet was cheap but so was the food served, it didn't stand out in any way. The WI-FI doesn't work properly. This is Average in my eyes..

The prices are a bit high for what you receive. The rooms are clean and the staff are alright. It could be better though.
