Cheapest Accommodation |
If you are looking for cheap accommodation in Davao,
this is the place for you. The hotel is showing its age, the lobby
is smallish and a bit claustrophobic. The rooms are located at the
second floor, with an equally dark and narrow corridor. Rooms are
old, with the late 70s and 80s decor and furnishings. The TV is
also old and small. The staff are friendly and courteous and the
hotel is about 5 minutes walk to Abreeza Mall, which I think is
its biggest draw.

Poor Experience |
The hotel is cheap and it is located close to the Abreeza Mall. The TV was
small and the internet was bad. The food was also not good and we
had to carry our huge luggage bags up the stairs, no one even helped
carrying our stuff. The bathroom was sticky and full of hair.

Ancient Hotel |
The hotel is old and if you see it in person you would feel old. The hotel
is located near the newly built Abreeza Mall. The staff greeted
me warmly despite my late arrival and the porter brought me to my
room which was locked and smelled old. There were air condition
and hot water available.

Low Cost Establishment |
The hotel is located on the main road and the reception staff was cheerful,
helpful and efficient. The large room was furnished with nice furniture,
a stylish writing desk and matching mirror and fridge. The shower
was clean and powerful. The breakfast was good and the internet
connection was excellent and very fast. The service was excellent.
The hotel has a nice size oval swimming pool set in a walled garden
with well manicured mature shrubs. The pool was serviced regularly
and the water looked to be safe. Overall I was very happy here and
I will definitely go back. It is a relatively low cost establishment,
a little bit tired in decor but honest and clean. |

Unattentive Manager |
The hotel is located on the main road and it is easy
to get a cab and go where you want to go. The reception staff were
nice and the manager was unattentive, she did not look up from her
cellphone when asked question. The rooms are old, sheets are dirty
and the shower hardly had space.
