System Should Be Upgraded |
The rooms are clean and fairly well equiped and the staff are friendly and
helpful. There was no kettle for hot water but you can get it from
the utility room in the reception area. The only downsides was that
the room was only cleaned once in the 5 days I was there and the
restaurant does not have a great menu selection and the staff never
have any change. I enjoyed my stay there but for one major fact,
they had electricity outages nearly every day .One day the electricity
was off from 6am until 4pm so no hot water for drinking or showering.
I think the system should be upgraded. |

Get What You Paid For |
Simple but clean rooms. The hotel is only 6 minutes from a little mall with
various restaurants and shops. It is also close to the airport and
it caters for guests who take flights very early. You get what you
pay for. |

Poor Standard |
This is a middle class hotel, cheap and it is a good connection to the airport.
The standard is poor, we had no internet, electricity or hot water
when we arrived. |

Budget Hotel |
Park Hill Hotel is a budget hotel located near the
airport. It is a bit off the main street, but is not far from Starbucks,
a Mactan Marina Mall, AA BBQ and Magellan's Landing. Overall, the
air conditioning and bathroom were basic but adequate, and decent
enough given the cost of the room. If you are looking for a cheap
option that is within walking distance from the airport, then this
is a decent option. |
