We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to all the personnel
of the Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa. The hospitality
and friendliness of all the staff, along with the luxurious facilities
of the resort made this holiday stand out above our previous holidays.
Shangri-La, really impressed us with its staff and spotless clean
facilities. The restaurants serves lavished meals and the resort
offers so much to do and enjoy in a beautiful setting! The family
rooms are spacious! All services are excellent. |

Our Stay Was Great |

be longer when I am in Shangri-la because time seems to fly very
fast when your enjoying yourself. |

Wonderful Staff |
|
The staff are wonderful, they are accommodating and
go out of their way to make you feel special. The restaurants are
lovely. I am a fussy eater and they were all brilliant at accommodating
my dietary requirements. The gym was well equipped and the spa very
lovely. It is a very special place to stay and I left feeling completely
replenished. The hotel is good value. It is set in beautiful grounds
and the rooms are really comfortable. On the beach the staff check
you have put enough sun cream on as it gets very hot. They regularly
come round and offer drinks to keep you cool. If you go to the Philippines,
go and experience this fantastic place.

So Satisfying |
| Everything is awesome, from the staff to the room,
it is really satisfying. The staff are very attentive to our needs.
We will surely recommend Shagri-la Mactan to our friends and family.
