Good Hostel |
It is a good hostel and the breakfast was excellent, the staff are very friendly
and attentive. The room had no windows and the prices are very expensive.

Welcomed Very Heartly |
When I finally arrived, I was welcomed very heartly,
got a glass of water and time to sign in. Later the day I joined
the free city tour, which was amazing. The hostel is clean, the
bed was good and the shower was hot. |

Poor Service |
I left my shirt at the hostel and I called the hotel to check and I was told
they will contact me but no one did. I sent them a text message
the following day and I was told they did not see any shirt in the
room and they will check with housekeeping. After day 5, there was
no updates on my shirt and when i call them again, they still have
to check with housekeeping. Either they have a dishonest staff or
guests.

Amazing Staff |
The staff were amazing, they called me the doctor because I was very sick,
paid for me, bought me medicine, brought me food and drinks and
made sure I was comfortable and kept checking on me. Really lovely
people! The hostel itself was very nice and very clean, and an excellent
place to make friends in Manila. |

Satisfying Stay |
Overall the stay was satisfying and it was the right
choice for us.The sad side were the signage of the hostel too small
and not visible enough for guests or taxi driver to notice. The
lift broke down some time ago and was not fixed, giving us some
hard time especially during the night after a full day travel from
the hostel. |
