Had A Lovely Day |

On my first night there I had no hot water and when my sister checked with
me, I told her my disappointment about this. Because my sister was
a regular customer, she quickly called the reception to check my
room and straight away, they transferred me to another room. Staff
were very friendly to me and always greeted me. Food was good and
the room should have security lock inside for customer's safety.
Air condition was good, cable TV but no WiFi. Thank you to all staff
for being polite and friendly. I will see you again soon! |

Close To Attractions

Some of the things I look for when booking a hotel are: cleanliness, hot shower
and friendly staff. ACL has the 3 things. The hotel is situated
close to the mall and you need to purchase WiFi connection. |

My Satisfied Stay |
|
I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. This
is a nice place because it is close to Cubao Malls. The shower worked
fine and the room was big and clean. The food was awesome and the
staff is friendly. The important part is that the place is clean
and safe.

A little Bit Noisy |
|
This is a place for short stay, as the street is
a little bit noisy, full of pedestrians who simple walk in the middle
of the road. I had a very clean room, shower worked fine, and so
was the air conditioning. The only complaint I have is the poor
service quality during breakfast time, but in this country its hard
to expect decent service as most Filipinos are always feeling sorry
for themselves hence will not want to excel in what they do.
