Reviews of Asian Mansion II Condotel in Manila Philippines

The room was dark and it was really quite depressing, even for a short stay. The price for the room with breakfast was very reasonable, but I would have preferred to have paid a little more for something more cheerful. The good thing about this place are the very helpful friendly staff and the fact that Greenbelt 3 is just 500 metres walk away. I would strongly recommend a complete refurbishment before I ever consider returning to Asia Mansions II.

Location was great, just a walking distance to Greenbelt, Landmark and Ayala Center. There are also bakeries, pharmacies and spas around the neighborhood. The room looked very old, wallpaper was falling off. We did not even want to touch the kitchen and the parking was horrific. It took us at least 10 minutes to get in and out of the parking garage because the ramps and spots were all so narrow. Bedroom and bathroom were acceptable.

The location was very convenient to our needs. Rooms were old and not very clean. Breakfast was included and served on agreed time in the room. It is a good place to stay for the price you pay.

The hotel is located within a walking distance to the wonderful Greenbelt, Glorietta and useful Landmark. The area is very safe and it is a 3 star condotel so do not expect luxury and the breakfast, although brought to your room, is sub-standard. Room was spacious and clean with the bathroom being acceptable. Give this place a try!

The room was spot on for the money we paid which was not much. It is a walking distance to the Greenbelt shops which was good as these also have a good nightlife, which is heaps more decent than the nightlife close by P. Burgos street. This is not a luxury hotel but the room included air condition, kitchenette, and TV.
