Pleasant Surprise |
The one bedroom suite was surprisingly large with
a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. There were two balconies,
one from the bedroom and one from the living room. The elevators
were efficient. There was a lot of hot water and the bed was relatively
comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. Room was somewhat dated.
For the price, it was a pleasant surprise. |

Get What You Pay For |
I have been in this hotel a number of times. I
always stay here mainly because of the price and location. This
is one of the most reasonably priced hotel. The red light district
is right in your doorstep. Yes the hotel is old, but if you are
tight on budget and looking for a perfect location in Makati, this
is the right hotel for you. But of course you get what you pay for.
Why should you ask too much. |

No Maintenance |
No maintenance on the rooms. The bathroom smelled
like urine. They did add a new hot water heater in the bathroom
. But the floors are a mess. Room was tiny. And I am sure nothing
has been done in maintenance on the place in 5 years. I will not
stay here again. |

My Getaway |
I used to check in here way back in 2007. I like
the location, price and the place. I revisited recently and a lot
has changed. Old rusty table and chairs made of steel and ramshackled
place. Air condition was nice, Cable TV has only 22 channels with
poor reception, TV outdated. |

Very Affordable Hotel |
I just stayed for like 5 days in Makati. So I found
this hotel, a low price for a large room. I booked a double room,
it had one bathroom and two toilettes. Apart from the good price,
the bad thing is the location the hotel is located right in the
middle of the red light district. |
