Unresponsive Staff |

Good room and the location is great beacause you can walk to shopping centers.
The staff are not professional, everytime I ask them something they
do not answer me even if I ask for a map. |

The Hotel Is Old |
|
The hotel is old and needs renovation. The room size
is average, the air condition was not working very well and the
lights in the room were weak.

The Place Is Awesome |
| Wanted to treat my other half to a nice comfortable
place in Ayala area Makati, I've stayed at this place before and
it is awesome. Simple and small , nothing extravagant, but it is
comfortable and safe. It is just a few metres away from Edsa and
also Glorietta. If you want a comfy bed and safe place to rest for
conferences, meetings or events near by, this is it! |

Nicely Furnished |
| Crown Regency Hotel in Makati is situated in a perfect
location near to major shopping centres like Greenbelt, Landmark,
Glorietta. The hotel is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.
The hotel also charges a reasonable price. |

Had A Great Time And
Good Sleep |
| Stayed there for 3 days for business purposes and
I found the place perfect, accessible to some malls and some restaurants.
The lobby was small yet clean, with friendly staff. My room was
very clean complete with amenities. Had a great time and a pretty
good sleep. |
