Reviews of CSB Hotel in Manila Philippines

This is one of the accredited hotels in our company because of its location and service quality. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I also love the food, though it is a bit expensive for me, I think it is worth it.

My family stayed here for 2 nights during last New Year's Eve. We have been to this hotel three times already in the past years. The service has remained consistently good. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. The bed sheets smelled wonderful like you never want to leave the bed anymore! It's conveniently located near shopping malls. The pool is a bit small but usually nobody swims, so it is pretty much private. It is really a great place to stay.

Rooms were big and comfy. Beds were also comfy and WiFi was fast! The air condition was not working and the room was hot, but they called a technician and it was sorted. Good place to stay if you have an early day ahead the next day. Staff are students from the College of Saint Benilde and I think some of the floors are classroom floors. They were all warm and friendly.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and has great service. I cannot say one thing negative about it. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help whenever they can. Breakfast is good, I liked it. We were given a nice room with a very nice view of Manila bay.

This hotel is run by professional staffs and students of De la Salle University School of Restaurant and Hotels. Therefore, they really offer good and friendly services to guests. It is conveniently located in the heart of Malate, roughly five minutes walk to the nearest LRT station. It is also not very far from the Mall of Asia, the Intramuros, and Makati. Rooms are large and clean. It is old, basic and clean. The hotel is also located in a safe neighborhood even though it's near bars, clubs and restaurants that make Malate famous. I highly recommend this hotel to family travellers and budget travellers.
