Reviews of DG Grami Hotel in Manila Philippines

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I still have a good experience. But I can say that the last stay was really not the best one. The check out day I have asked for a free extension stay up to 3pm, but the manager refused. I was so surprise and very angry. It is an attitude that I really don't understand. I thought they had some considerations for their loyal customers but actualy not at all. It's the best way for losing clients.

I stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. The rooms are clean, the staff are very accommodating and courteous. Its noteworthy to say that the room is quite spacious and the rate is very affordable. I did sleep well considering that its a busy street in front of the hotel and my room is near the stairs and elevator. The hotel is just a walk away from a bank, a shopping center and even a hospital! In case you are not feeling well during your travel.

The service at this hotel is excellent and the staff are courteous. I really enjoyed staying with them and the hotel is located on the main city street and is about 10 to 20 minutes away from the major shopping centres. The place is secure and offers complimentary WiFi on the lobby.

The hotel is very strict with how many people are in the room. The room is very basic, air condtion is quite slow to get cold, room is clean, there is now free WiFi in the room but there is one at the lobby. The shower is awkward because you have to hold the shower head while using it or else water would go everywhere.

I travel a lot because of my work, so my standards when it comes to accommodation have reached a certain standard. I was prepared to see something shaddy when I checked out Grami and was pleasantly surprised that it was not. I booked myself and my best friend one of the newly built rooms on the fifth floor. As the rooms were new, they were pristinely clean, no grime on bathroom tiles. Floors were clean you can walk barefoot comfortably and service is good too. Everyone at the hotel embodies the Filipino hospitality, warm smiles, attentiveness, always willing to help.
