Good Hotel To Stay At |
| Stayed in this hotel with my family. The beds are
huge and comfy and a very spacious rooms. We loved the buffet breakfast,
so many choices. Great location, staff are nice, accommodating and
helpful. Good hotel to stay in Eastwood. |

Well Appointed |

We got the 2 bedroom suite and were happy with how well appointed it was given
its price. Other family members got the 1 bedroom suite and it was
much smaller than we expected. There is a small receiving area while
the bedroom itself was plain. I am worried that given a few more
years, this hotel will already look aged. It is one of the newer
hotels in the metro but we can see signs of wearing out. One suite
also got stained towels. It's a bit disgusting to mention but at
least that was not my room. Buffet spread covered the basics but
was nothing special.

The Place Is Adequate |
|
For a fairly new hotel, this one is not good. No
sockets available, tub does not smell clean, phone messaging facility
is not working, swimming pool is small and check out is extremely
slow. If you are going here for a vacation, I do not recommend it.
If you just need a place to stay and will be out most of the time,
the place is adequate.

Housekeeping Is Not
Good |

We made a reservation for 6 people when we checked-in, the front desk made
us wait for 2 hours before they gave us the rooms because they were
not able to clean it yet. I complained that check-in time is supposed
to be 2pm but they just said sorry and we did not feel happy about
it because of the inconvenience. We felt that they just want big
profit without corresponding good service. The price of the room
is costly and not worth it. Housekeeping service was not good.

Clean And Comfortable |
| The hotel is clean and comfortable, room was very
big, the staff are friendly, helpful and there was very little noise
which is helpful when working odd shifts. Bathroom needed a little
maintanance. Otherwise it is a nice hotel. |
