We Did Not Feel Safe

| This was our first visit to Manila and I don't think
this is a very good area to stay in for first timers. We did not
feel safe walking around. The hotel is good value for money though
and staff are friendly. Free breakfast is very basic and the hotel
is located 5 minutes walk to bus stations and Gateway mall. |

Our Getaway |

The first stay was great, we were given a bigger,
newer room and breakfast was good. The room had no view at all and
the WiFi worked fast at the second floor. On our second visit we
wished on the same room that we had but we were given another room
smaller, cramped, a bit dusty. The saving grace is that the staff
are friendly and helpful.

Located On A Quiet Side

The hotel is located on a quiet side street and it has friendly staff. The
rooms are not large enough and the bathroom is adequate. The air-condition
worked very well. The hotel provides toothbrushes and toothpaste.
The WiFi Was great and free of charge and breakfast is served from
6am to 10am and it is free and delicious. |

Recently Renovated |

The staff are very kind and the breakfast was served in the lobby. The WiFi
was available in the rooms, the shower was good, air condition was
also good and it looks like the hotel is recently renovated. |

Customer Service Is
Really Pleasant |

The reception was very friendly and the rooms are small. I did not like the
fact that they don't have a lift, and only the stairs. It is good
that our room was on the second floor. The food was nice and the
delivery was quick. They will also assist you finding taxis. Customer
service is really pleasant. |
