The Receptionist Was
Pleasant And Helpful |
First, parking is not free and it is very limited. Check-in receptionist was
pleasant and helpful. One thing to take note is this is not a hotel,
but rather a condominium with rented rooms. We got a room on the
14th floor, it was bright, clean and quite spacious with a small
kitchen, a fairly sized bathroom with shower, double bed, air conditioning
and cable TV.

No Alcohol And Nightlife
Is Non Existent |
I stayed in 1510 which was pretty shabby, dated and creepy. I was in the internet
cafe when the power for the whole hotel went out during a thunder
storm. I went across the street to Shakey's Pizza and ate while
I watched the power outage last about 20 minutes. They charged me
almost a full day hotel rate for a late check-out. All in all I
think I would avoid this place again. There is no alcohol in the
area due to being a school zone, so night life is also non existent

The Hotel Smelled |
The hotel has a big avantage in being close to St
Luke's hospital. However, that was the only positive, the rooms
smelled, in fact the hotel smelled, rooms were dirty as was the
linen. Hotel was a fire trap. The rooms provided did not meet the
advertisement on webpage. |

Decent Experience |
It was a decent experience considering that it is
a hotel in a third world country. While I would have enjoyed things
a bit more, had things been cleaned up a bit and getting rid of
that awful cigar smell, I think the dollar spent to the product
received was reasonable. |

Warm Customer Service |
My experience in staying in the hotel is pleasant, the room is just fine, air
condition is good and the room is clean. The housekeeping are honest,
polite and helpful. The only negative probably is that people are
very noisy at night they are playing in the hallway while we are
trying to get sleep, The receptionist are friendly and guards are
courteous. |
