Not For A Family Or
Single Traveller |
The location is in Chinatown, not so safe at night. The room was clean and
the service was fast, but it is noisy because people constantly
checking in and out. The internet price is higher than the walk-in
price. So not suitable for family or even single female travellers.

Located Near Chinatown |
Location is near Chinatown. The lobby is very clean and spacious and the staff
are courteous. I got a room which comes with free breakfast and
WiFi access. Unfortunately, I got a room where the magnetic door,
air conditioning system and some of the lights are not really working
well. Room and food service are very efficient and ready to be of
service.

Staff Were Very Courteous |
The hotel is staffed with very corteous and very helpful people. The room I
stayed in is very clean except there is no tissue paper in the toilet.
The hot water though is very good. Hotel location is very accessible
to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and churches. WiFi
system is great but you have to log-in everytime to have access.
Overall, it met my expectations based upon what I needed to do.

Everything Was Dirty |
The theme rooms, heaven inspired lobby area was nice. Service was fast and
they were easy to talk to. Though I'm bothered by the water that
runs out of the tap from their bathrooms and the sanitation going
on around the area. The towels were dirty with stains. The toothbrushes
bristles they gave away looks like they are made up of clear nylon
strings or something. We had our doubts about the cleanliness of
the sheets we slept on as well. They smelled like they needed a
descent washing.
