The Hotel Is Old |
The hotel is old. The room has furniture full of mites that made me sneeze
all night. The WiFi speed was very slow, terrible signal even at
the lobby. The TV was old and fuzzy. I was with allergies all of
the next day. So I looked for another better hotel. |

Perfect For One Night
Stay |
The hotel is good for a one night stay, but I would only choose this hotel
if a nearby hotel (Luxent) is fully booked. The Imperial room is
cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable. Really no regrets staying
here and I would not hesitate booking here.

Satisfied With The Service |
I can sit on the balcony all day and watch the traffic
fighting on the rotunda! It keeps me amused!
The hotel has had an overhaul since my last visit 4 years ago and
the rooms look better for it. We stayed here on 3 occasions and
we were satisfied by the rooms and desk service on all visits. Highly
recommended. |

Needs Renovations |
We had 1 bed and a living room. The TV is old and bulky, the comfort room is
not that clean and does not have enough lights. I must say that
this hotel needs a renovation because it looks like an old hotel.
And lastly the parking area in front of the hotel is not big enough
to accommodate their guests. |

Welcomed With Warm Service |
The workers always welcomed me and treated me very well. My room was always
cleaned good and if I needed extra towels they helped out promtly.
The air condition worked well also. Best if you stay above the 4th
floor or else you will hear the band playing in the bar below you
especially if your facing the street. |
