Felt Welcomed |

I have stayed at Intercontinental Manila or Makati for 5 nights and from the
moment I entered the hotel, I felt welcomed and perfect treated.
The hotel is an old property, but the well maintained interior and
the fantastic team with their brilliant service is equalizing it
perfectly. The bar has a good live band at evening time, with a
good quality of long drinks and cocktails. Breakfast is great with
a good food variety, excellent coffee and again a good team which
ensures you will have a good start into the day. Rooms are well
maintained, bathrooms are from the old design.

Best Hotel Chain In
The World |

I visited Intercontinental Manila and the very nice
staff in the Club lounge greeted me with a big smile and welcome
back Sir. Great hotel, clean and nice, good value for money, the
best service you can ask for and expect on all levels. It is right
in the centre of Makati with Glorietta and Greenbelt. Its a great
5 star hotel!
You are the best chain in the world with the best loyalty program!

We Were Pleased |
|
Can not express how pleased we were with their customer service, all the staff
were smiling, greeting us each time we passed by them. And the life
guard at the pool area was very nice as well. Very comfortable bed,
nice view of the city. Clean room and clean bathroom, loved the
tub. Location is a plus if you love shopping like my Auntie, for
the hotel is surrounded by malls and good restaurants as well. Very
accessible to public transportation.

Pay For What You Get |
| Arranged airport pick-up, car was quite old and
nothing special. Arrived at the hotel to be presented with guest
of the day award and upgraded to a nicer room. Was feeling happy
until my friend who arrived a few hours early received the same
award! Location good and the room is nothing special. Expensive
for what you get. |

Uncomfortable Beds |
|
This place was a good place to stay. The beds were
uncomfortable, bathroom had rotted rusty door frame and hinges,
it was just very sub-standard for what I expected from an Intercontinental
Hotel. |
