Grateful For The Service |
As a backpacker we found this place to be fair. The room was clean and basic
with hot water and decent WiFi. Our room was on the fourth floor
no lift but it was not a problem for us. The guys at reception were
friendly and helpful, letting us use the telephone and when we left
the receptionist actually walked down the street and flagged us
a taxi and we were grateful!

Felt Safe Inside The
Hotel |
The hotel itself is fine, I am a backpacker and
don't expect a lot but it was decent. The only problem I have was
the location. I felt safe inside the hotel but outside is the ghetto.
I made sure I was home before sunset. I moved to Makati after my
stay due to location. WiFi worked well. |

There Is No Elevator |
I would never return to Leesons Residence, I was
given a room on the fifth floor and there was no lift. The room
was small, dirty with old furniture. The bathroom was about the
size of a telephone box and the hotel is situated on a busy corner
and is very noisy. |

Budget Hotel |
I went to Manila to fix some documents and came
accross this budget hotel in Malate. Stayed for 3 nights and everything
was fine. The rooms are clean, the toilet is clean as well. The
staff are very helpful and friendly. |

The location is next to a very busy street, a lot of heavy traffic passes by
and it is not very quiet during daytime. The staff was polite and
helpful! The quality of the room was nice, had all the facilities
as expected. Overall a good place for backpackers and young people
who just want to have a place to stay for the night. |
