Very Competitive Rates |
My parents had a great experience staying at Lemon
Tree Inn. They stayed there for more than a week and they were treated
very well. From front desk to security, everyone was very nice,
accommodating and hospitable. Breakfast was convenient, room was
comfortable, free WiFi which is reasonably strong and the hotel
rate is very competitive. |

Improvement On Internal
Structure |
This was such a shame, as this cosy place is well-appointed with very friendly
and helpful staff and an excellent adjacent coffee shop. The problem
centres around the internal structure of the hotel. Our superior
room on second floor had no external window, but this was actually
an advantage, as the adjacent construction work did not disturb
us at all. However, the internal wall between the room and the corridor
is all glass, covered with a curtain, and thus has no soundproof
at all. The narrow corridor and wooden floor acted as an echo chamber
and every passing sound is amplified. We could clearly hear showers
being run and in-room conversations unto the early hours. |

Nice Place And Not Expensive |
We stayed overnight and we were happy. Rooms are clean provided with small
sink. They said they have a kitchen on the upper floor that guest
can use for a fee. The hotel is situated in front of the hotel.
There is lounge where you can relax. Nice place and not too expensive.

I Love This Place |
The rooms are great, the price is affordable and
the staff is all kind and polite. I love this place. I notice that
down the road is Cowboy Grill and I plan to check out this famous
live music venue next time I am in Manila. Thanks Lemon Tree, you
rock! |

Small But Cozy |
This is a great hotel, small but really cozy. The bed was super soft and the
bathroom was great. The rooms were small but we did not feel cramped.
The staff were very accomodating and friendly. The area is very
accessible and it is along Quezon Avenue, you can walk to the scout
area and there are a lot of restaurants.
