The Hotel Needs Improvement |
It was not that bad but there is a lot of things to improve. Cabinets was deteriorating,
mold in the windows, curtain was not that clean, the bed is fine
but needs improvement and staff was good, but they need to improve
their customer service. |

Rooms And Halls Are
Dirty |
Makati Prime is by far the worst building I have
ever stepped my foot in. There is often no working elevator, which
is a serious inconvenience and safety issue. The front desk staff
does not care. Lobby is hot, rooms and halls are dirty. Even if
you survive the overcrowded, broken elevator, you will regret staying
here. |

Hallways Looks Like
A Scene In A Horror Movie |
This hotel looks good on the outside but once you enter the building especially
the "killer elevator", it feels like you are in a haunted
building in the middle of a commercial area in Makati. The elevator
does not have a sensor. The hallways looks like a scene in a horror
movie. My sister decided to move out because they did not like the
facilities, the staff and the building policies. |

The Building Is Old |
Instead of booking Hotel Makati Palace, I booked this hotel and regreted thereafter.
A lousy non air condition reception. The building is old and the
rooms had cockroaches in them and there is no free WiFi. |

Worst Hotel Experience
Ever |
Stayed there for a night. Worst hotel experience
ever! The room was terrbile, sheets were filthy with cockroaches
and bed bugs sharing the space with me. Dark and dusty. The place
has seen better days and it was a mistake falling for the cheap
rate. |
