Staff Is Efficient |
The staff is efficient, the rooms are tired and dingy,
non-smoking means sprayed with lemon freshener moments before arrival,
the air condition is loud but effective, the sheets are threadbare
but clean. All in all, it is fine for a short stay. A bit overpriced
for what you get but you can not beat the convenience when you are
exhausted from travel. |

This Is Literally An
Airport Hotel |
People have to remember this is literally an airport hotel within the airport
grounds in Manila. Don't expect a 5 star, for what you get it is
fine. It is clean and with friendly staff. Reasonable rates, even
though it is weird for airport hotel to not have flexible times
or half day rates. The location is excellent! |

The Bed Was Comfortable |
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Front desk was very efficient. They have multiple restaurants around
hotel and it is a walking distance to the airport. They offer a
shuttle bus to the airport if requested. |

It Is Old And Looks
Dirty |
This hotel seemed the best option, for the price I have paid, I was expecting
more, but I understand their location is fairly good as they are
very close to the airport. However, I would not return to this place.
It is the worst hotel I ever stayed at for this price range. It
is old, looks dirty and my room smelled terrible due to poor plumbing
maintenance.

Not A Safe Hotel |
I thought my room was safe when I went out for the day with the family and
I left my phone and some cash in the room, but when I came back
they where gone and I spoke to the staff and they said there is
nothing they could do about it as I did not put it in the safe.
