This is a great hotel and the staff are very focused on customer satisfaction. They were more than happy to point out the best places to eat, where to shop and things to do was. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. The hotel location is very central. Overall great value for money and well worth recommending.

Walked in to enquire about a room and as we approached the counter the staff behind the counter turned their backs on us and began talking to each other and ignored us. We asked for help and one continued to ignore us. Eventually one turned around and said "sorry we have no rooms available" and turned back around. Very unprofessional.

This is the great place to stay in Manila, the room was big and very comfy with an oversized queen bed. The room offered the views towards Manila yacht harbor and Manila bay which was nice.

Location of hotel is good, near Robinson's Place and many other good restaurants in the vicinity.
Breakfast was of poor choice served to your room as the hotel's restaurant was undergoing renovations.
Rooms are clean with barest of amenities. The carpet looks dodgy. But housekeeping is a major sore point here. Plates were not collected after breakfast. My room was not cleaned which should have been done without asking. Apart from these negatives, the staff of the hotel were marvellous, cheery and always courteous.

This hotel outside looks quite decent and new. But inside begins the mess. When we entered the hotel all elecronic key cards were out of order. You need to wait every time for a staff member to open the door and restaurant was a disaster. For breakfast, a waitress came to tell that there is only 4 Filipino dishes to choose from and there was no menu. No bacon, ham or juice and coffee was a cup of hot water with local nescafe bag. Our room was standard but big and with combortable double bed.
