Reviews of Manila Hotel in Manila Philippines

I only stayed here for a night but I already got the sense of culture, tradition and passion of Filipino hospitality in this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, including the scenic view on its windows, we stayed on the 12th floor facing intramuros. Staff are excellent. I suggest that they replace their carpets and wood panels but maintain the charming atmosphere of the hotel.

It is very elegant and classic. Customer service is superb. I recommend this place to anyone especially for someone who has not been home for a while or anyone of Filipino descent. It will surely make you proud being a Filipino.

Updates and renovations have kept the hotel modern considering its one of the older hotels in Manila. If you like excellent customer service, Manila Hotel offers it. The staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. So please tip generously when you have felt the service was worth it. Breakfast is so delicious with many choices, you can probably skip lunch and just have an early dinner. Rooms are charming and beds are comfortable, just a little small. Bathroom was big with a full size bath and shower. The pool grounds were beautiful and inviting.

If you love to stay somewhere with character and story this is the place. Beautiful hotel on the bay. They use USD to charge their prices for food and drinks. The beds are small but modern and the room had WiFi connection, sensored room lights and very nice bathrooms. Great service and staff are dressed very well in traditional clothing.

Nice heritage property with a nice swimming pool and pretty rooms especially the bay side view which will give you amazing sunset view. The attires of the hotel staff is something to watch out for. Centrally located near to Manila Ocean Park.
