Poor Internet Connection |
The hotel has good location and the prices are reasonable.
There is poor internet connection in the lobby, you can only find
a decent connection at the hotel cafe. I strongly recommend they
improve their internet situation. Also, shower curtains are starting
to get mouldy at the edges. No free bottled water in the room. |

Loved The Location |
I checked into their suite since the regular rooms
are small. The bed is slightly above average. I enjoyed the location
since it is close to malls and far enough from the crowded areas.
They gave us vouchers per night stayed for the coffee shop and the
adjacent restaurant. The employees are nice but not well trained.
The rooms are kept relatively clean each day we stayed. Parking
is never a problem since the security guard always saves a spot
for us. Overall, If you are budget minded, this would be the best
place to stay. |

No Free Breakfast |
There is no free breakfast or coupon for the breakfast.
Also, there is a front desk clerk who misbehaves. She pouts if you
use your senior citizen card and even if there is a vacant standard
room for two people, they offer you a suite room. Maybe, this is
a way for them to earn more from clients. We also noticed that they
do not issue Receipts. |

This Is A Nice Place
|
This place is nice and a practical place to stay when you are in Manila. I
made my reservation via email and the reservation officer was quick
to reply on my queries and my reservation was made right away. The
standard room was spacious enough and the bed is big. Facilities
are well maintained. The staff are so accommodating and friendly.
It feels like home staying there even for just one night. I really
received great value for such a very affordable price. |
