Good facility and friendly staff makes them one of favored places to stay in. The food offered is one exception though as I believe they either outsource or have different suppliers. The ambiance of the restaurant is commendable, their food needs to be improved.

Good service with attentive staff. Rooms seemed clean, although I got some insect bites but could not be sure where I got them from. Design is modern and neat. The breakfast is nice and service staff could use a bit of training. There are rooms with small living rooms or kitchens with a slightly higher rate.

I enjoyed my stay at Microtel because it's very clean and nice. They serve a very good breakfast to start your day. The Internet is unlimited, big rooms and very clean area. Employees are very friendly starting from the security, front desk and all the way to the attendant. Keep up the good service and continue serving nice and fresh food.

There was no bathrobe and slippers in my room. Personnel is very accommodating and very polite. But the service is very loud in passage while cleaning. They must know how to observe silence where some guest might still be sleeping or want to relax.

Very good hotel and a great place to stay. Rooms are quite big, clean, service is primo and reasonable. I would stay there again next time I am in Manila. The only drawback are the streets around the hotel, just too much traffic, but you will get used to it as days go by.
