Not A Safe Neighbourhood |
We stayed in this hotel just for one night. Everything in the room was old
and poor. The working staff is friendly. But the place where the
hotel is situated is not safe so be careful. |

Had A Bad Experience |
I really had a bad experience with this hotel, the
room was dirty, no hot water in shower, staff unhelpful and not
child friendly. There are much better places to stay in Manila for
the same price. |

The Bed Was Moldy |
We had a bad experience at this hotel, the air conditioner
was not good, there was leakage from the roof when raining, stinky
bed foam that smells like dead animal and the bed was moldy. We
could not sleep because of the the noise from the street. The front
of the hotel was flooded with rainy water. |

The Friendly Staff |
The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size. What I did not like
was the noise from the next room. The mattress was horrible with
disgusting stains and it is also quite a long walk to Robinsons
and the Malate area. |

New Solanie Hotel |
I arrived with young family and a prepaid voucher,
despite having the full paperwork showing payment and full confirmation,
the hotel would not accept this because their filling system had
lost my details. I was clearly not going to climb out of the window
with the kids but they refused to let me check-in unless I paid
again in full and they would not call the hotel reservation company
because this was an international number. This is pretty cynical
customer service and I would not stay there again. The hotel is
also very average. |
