Great value for money if booked online, the rate includes breakfast, free cable TV and free internet is available on each floor's lobby area. Beds are poor made of foam placed atop a wooden base board.

If you are left with no other options, this is the place for you. When I checked-in, room service is poor because they lack staff and the food choices are poor because their last chef left. The room where I stayed is too small but the air condition was very cold. There was no hot shower and the friendly staff made it cozy. This hotel is under new management so I guess if you can wait to see the improvements, it might be very well worth the wait.

This is an old building, but their effort to modernize can be seen in the lobby. The room is cramped up and the air condition is very noisy. The hotel provide thin, white linen and towels and it has an old look and smell. But the good thing about this place is, it is just a stone throw away from EDSA and a few minutes away from Cubao, north-bound bus terminals and Quezon City malls.

I have chosen the hotel because of its proximity to where my friends and family live. I shall stay here again as this is best hotel within walking distance. There are no lifts and the menu is a bit limited if one is vegetarian. Staff are very friendly and helpful from day one and there is a hot water shower.

The Orange Place is good for a budget traveller. I got their regular room which was small, but it seemed well-kept and clean. The same could be said about the tiny toilet and shower. If you stay at the Orange Place, make sure you bring your own toiletries, as what they provide is the bare minimum and very poor quality. The hotel is very cheap, clean and the satff are very polite and accommodating.
