Wonderful Location |

Wonderful location with Robinsons, a large shopping mall within five minutes
away. The staff are wonderful, cheery and courteous. The rooms are
clean and the amenities are sufficient. The towels are a bit old,
small and needs to be replaced. The breakfast served was satisfactory
and the hotel is perfect for single travellers.

The Room Was A Bit Dark |

The rooms are a bit dark and the upholstery and carpeting smells a bit of smoke
but this seemed like a forgiveable flaw considering the price. Otherwise
the room was equipped with what most travellers require, which in
my case was an in-room safe and WiFi. The desk and restaurant staff
are friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was average. The
hotel's location has its pluses and minuses. It is a short walk
to Robinsons Mall but the area is not well-maintained with some
beggars in the streets. The area becomes a bit more pleasant when
the sunsets and the bars, restaurants come to life.

The Hotel Is Old |
|
The hotel is old, needs some cleaning and paintings inside. However, it is
a nice hotel to stay and the service was excellent. The breakfast
was free and quite good. The hotel is located close to Robinsons
mall and LRT station. |

The Sevice Was Top Notch |
| Everything was comfortable especially the beds.
The service provided was top notch and the staff were polite and
efficient.

The Area Is Not Nice
But Safe Enough |
| The location is a plus, just a short walk from the
center, Rizal park, Intramuros and just a couple of blocks from
promenade. The area is not nice but safe enough. Rooms are very
comfortable, quite and sunny. The breakfast was avearge. |
