The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the service is top notch. While walking through the lobby, the staff greeted us and remembered our names! We enjoyed listening to the live music being played in the lobby at night!

Probably one of my favorite hotels in Manila. The hotel is beautiful and screams luxury and I also like the fact that the lobby resto is open 24 hours for socializing and business deals. I like the hotel's sedate sophistication. The rooms are what you might find in a luxury hotel, quiet, comfortable with quality bedding and furniture. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and polite. It is a walking distance to the Philippine financial district and an excellent shopping centre.

Great experience, service was excellent and it is located in the centre of Makati city and it is minutes away from major shopping malls. Food and beverages are affordable and needs improvement on the WiFi connection. Overall a great stay.

This hotel is amazing, the feeling of walking into history with marble interior, grand stairs and beautiful furnish. The rooms are not huge, but they are super comfortable with pillows to die for and nice quality cotton and big beds. The best feature for us was the baby sitting service as we travelled with our one year old and it was reasonably priced. They really go out of their way to provide excellent service.

The hotel is a bit older and the pool is not really up to scratch but location, service and spacious room with great lobby make it worthwhile. It lacks in premium restaurants but it is in Makati so there is no shortage of good food within minutes and there are no suitable bars in the hotel.
